Whitney Ortiz is a social entrepreneur, connector, and relational designer whose work centers on helping thoughtful leaders align their wellbeing, relationships, and impact. With more than two decades of experience across nonprofit, government, international development, and business sectors, she brings a whole health approach to leadership that integrates emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Whitney is the founder of Eliana's Light, a nonprofit supporting families with children who have complex medical conditions through holistic, collaborative care, and she co-leads SIS Global Solutions, a simultaneous interpretation company with her husband. Her work is grounded in the belief that when indivuals strengthen their inner foundation, authentic connection and community can flourish, a philosophy she now advances through The Connection Atelier. Fluent in English and Spanish, Whitney lives in Washington, DC where she works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives to cultivate purposeful connection, thoughtful collaboration, and community wellbeing.

The Connection Atelier is grounded in the belief that meaningful connection begins within the individual and expands outward through relationships and communities.
Through what I call relational architecture, I design the conditions that help people reconnect with their whole selves -- integrating their wellbeing, experiences, wisdom, and purpose -- so they can cultivate authentic relationships and contribute to thriving communities.
When individuals strengthen their inner foundation, their capacity for connection expands, allowing new collaborations, communities, and constellations of shared purpose to emerge.
